Three floors up on the Pritchard Drive side of Barona Beach Resort, this condo gets height on the view. The balcony takes in the resort pool below and Okanagan Lake beyond it, and the primary bedroom shares the same outlook through its own patio door. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms hold six guests, with a keypad on the door so you let yourself in.

Sleep in Comfort

The primary suite has a king bed, a TV, a private ensuite bathroom and direct balcony access for early mornings. The second bedroom holds a queen bed and a dresser. The third is built as a bunk room with a double bunk bed, a desk and a chair, which makes it the quiet room for a kid who reads or an adult who needs an hour with a laptop. Room darkening shades are fitted through the unit, and linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, hangers and clothing storage are all provided. The in-suite washer and dryer means a week does not need a laundromat.

Gather & Unwind

The living room is bright and open concept, with a plush sofa and a smart TV. The dining area seats six for meals or a long card game. In the kitchen, a large island gives you real prep space alongside stainless steel appliances: oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, electric kettle, a coffee and tea maker, baking sheets and wine glasses. On the balcony, an outdoor table and chairs sit next to the BBQ, and dinner outside is the obvious call from May onward.

Adventure at Your Doorstep

Your fob covers the fitness centre first, then the private sandy beach, then the hot tub and the heated saltwater pool, which the strata usually opens from mid-May into early October. A marina sits nearby for anyone bringing a boat. The Westside Wine Trail and Mission Hill Winery are minutes away, Two Eagles Golf Course serves lunch with lake and mountain views, and Bear Creek Provincial Park has the walk to Bear Creek Falls. Cyclists take the 50-kilometre Okanagan Rail Trail. On the water there is kayaking, paddleboarding, sailing, jet skiing, fishing, tubing and water skiing.

Thoughtful Touches

Sierra Vacation Rentals stocks the unit before check-in with toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, filters, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper, foil, wrap, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan handle the heat, an elevator handles the third floor, and children's dishes and utensils are in the cupboard. One secure underground stall comes with the condo.
