Do you guarantee bookings?
No — and be wary of anyone who does. Membership buys visibility, verification, and direct traffic to your site; the booking happens on your terms, on your website.
Who takes the guest’s payment?
You do, on your own site, with your own payment setup. We never sit between you and your guest.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've paid for — the month or the year — and you won't be billed again. Annual members get a reminder email 30 days before renewal, so there are no surprises.
